My name is Alex and I’m a Software Developer with many hobbies besides coding Financial and Healthcare applications: I’m an indie game developer, marketing monkey and an investor, a parent of a dog and a cat :).
I started Fun Game Videos as a hobby project to test some of my theories in web marketing, but the main reason is to help indie game developers to promote their games. Currently, I’m working on building traffic to the web site and contacting those developers. The site is one week old, and have these stats: 500 visitors so far, CTR 1.4%, earnings so far whooping $0.44
There is another interesting project related to investing for simple people (and I’m one of them!), I’m working on and hoping to launch it in 2-3 weeks. Similar to Janes blog, but it’s about a different way to make money online, or to increase your assets by parking them into volatile commodities. Let’s say you make money from your blog(reading Jane’s recommendations) and then invest them(reading my recommendations), that way you are making even more money while you are sleeping at night! So, stay tuned
I’m really amazed by Jane’s ability to promote a web site in such short time frame and build a traffic in 50K-60K range. I take my hat off and join to Edgar in the recommendation to read and learn from Jane’s blog.
